By booking with Sweets Photography, you are accepting that all deposits are non-refundable. You are given ample opportunity to browse my Portfolios before you commit to the booking them.  Please ensure you are satisfied with the quality of my work before hiring me.

 

I require a 50% deposit to be paid to complete your booking. Once a time has been confirmed, the deposit must be paid to hold the time agreed upon. The only exception is if I am available and have agreed to take you as a walk-in. 

 

Your deposit covers my time and editing. The deposit is non-refundable.

 

If something unforeseen comes up and you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, I will reschedule you for another time that will work for both of us.

 

If you do not attend your 2nd scheduled appointment without contacting me, your booking will be cancelled, and no refund will be given.  
 

In the event of this happening, if you still wish to go ahead with your order, you will be required to contact me to book and pay the deposit again.
 

In the event where your booking is cancelled and no shoot has taken place due to the fault of myself, a refund of the deposit made may be given at the discretion of Sweets Photography.

 

All images/proofs will be edited with a watermark. Your images will be available to view that only you will have private access to. I will place your images into a special display where you will be able to choose the photos that you wish to have. Once you have chosen your photos and have let me know, I will then send you the images without the watermark either through email or google drive, whichever you would prefer.

 

If you wish for me to upload the images into Second Life to send to you, the cost of the images will be calculated in the package price.

 

You will receive communication from me letting you know your image/s are ready and inviting you to view your new image/s in the Client Pickup room. 

 

If you see something you do not like, PLEASE contact me immediately and let me know what you wish to be fixed/changed on your images. Please be specific when discussing any re-editing to be done so your artist knows how to fix them for you. Once you have chosen your images I will not be able to make any changes.
